Prices and checkout total

Catalog prices are shown in AUD. Review the item price, applicable tax, AUD 0.00 Standard shipping charge and total before submitting an order. A payment method is available only if it appears during checkout for your order. If no method or delivery rate is offered, contact us before placing an order; never send card details by email.

Processing and payment choices

The payment provider shown at checkout processes the transaction. Available methods can depend on device, location, currency and eligibility. Shopify Payments is not currently activated for this store; a displayed card icon by itself does not establish an available payment method. FixCalm remains responsible for fulfillment, support and refunds.

Authorizations, declines and duplicate charges

A provider may show a temporary authorization before settlement; release timing depends on that provider. Verification or fraud review can delay acceptance. If payment fails, check billing details or contact the provider before repeated attempts. Contact us with your order number and a non-sensitive reference if you suspect a duplicate charge.

Protect your payment details

We do not request a complete card number, CVV, password or one-time code by email or phone. Do not send these to support. We do not ask for personal off-site transfers or cryptocurrency payments. The current catalog does not state a subscription or automatic renewal.

Refunds

An accepted unshipped cancellation receives a prompt refund to the original method. For an approved return, we will issue the refund to the original payment method within 10 calendar days after receiving and inspecting the returned item. Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time to post the credit to your account. Read the Refund Policy for eligibility and steps.
